Home visit

Medicover Blue and Gold Card holders have resort to this service in such case, if a complaint occurs, when ambulatory medical attendance is not necessary. In case of necessity, one of our affiliated physicians visits our Client at home within 2 hours after the notice. At all times it is the competence of the Hotline operator to decide – depending on the patient’s state of health – the necessity of the service.

Patient transportation

Medicover White, Blue and Gold Card holders have resort to this service, if the patient becomes immobile and the approach to the concerned medical institution can not be solved in another way (e.g. lying gypsum). The transportation does not mean immediate availability, the claim for it should be indicated 24 hours prior to that.
